DutchSA Company Visit to Ziptrak

Join DutchSA on 24 September 2026 for an exclusive company visit to Ziptrak®, an Australian-made and invented business with Dutch-Australian roots.

For more than 25 years, Ziptrak® has developed its innovative track-guided blind system, providing practical and stylish solutions for both outdoor and indoor spaces. The system is designed to offer protection from wind, rain, dust, glare, insects and cold weather, while allowing blinds to be positioned at any height.

During our visit, we’ll have the opportunity to see the Ziptrak® products up close, learn how the systems are designed and manufactured, and discover the innovation behind a product that is now represented in 30 countries around the world.

We’ll also hear from founder Tony de Maaijer about the journey behind Ziptrak®, from identifying a simple problem with traditional outdoor blinds to developing an Australian innovation that has grown into a globally recognised product.

It will be a great opportunity to learn more about product innovation, Australian manufacturing and entrepreneurship.
