Another full house at a DutchSA event, this time for our forum on the property and housing market in SA. Alex Ouwens and Don Iannicelli engaged the audience with their views on how to best go about Renting, Buying and Building in South Australia. In his presentation Alex painted an optimistic picture on the state of the local property market, in particular in the areas bordering the CBD. He also left handy tip on how to deal with real estate agents. Don’s presentation focussed on the building process from initial idea to building completion. The event was completed with an open forum discussion, followed by drinks and beautiful food at the classy Mayfair hotel venue..
