Special Q&A screening of the award-winning international sensation documentary that is reshaping how we think about dementia.
Award-winning Dutch documentary Human Forever is currently breaking all records in the Netherlands and is now coming to Australia for a series of special Q&A screenings with filmmakers Teun Toebes and Jonathan de Jong.
Teun was just 24 when he chose to live in a closed dementia ward – not as a carer, but as a resident – for three and a half years. His mission was to improve the quality of life of people living with dementia.
Together with filmmaker Jonathan de Jong, Teun also visited 11 countries, spread across four different continents, to find out how people from all over the world deal with dementia. They focused in particular on how we can work together to ensure a hopeful future for people suffering from the disease.
Human Forever is an unmissable, thought-provoking documentary that challenges us to rethink how we support people living with dementia.
